Featuring the premiere of Juan Camilo Hernandez Sanchez's "Songs Beyond The Margin" for tenor and ensemble based on texts of Depression-era poet Herman Spector, mapping the poverty and indignation of urban life. Featuring the world premiere of Phonobellow, a new large-scale work by Zosha Di Castri and David Adamcyk. Through images, electronics, sculpture, lighting, and live music performed by ICE, Phonobellow captures the extent to which two very different technologies—the high-speed camera and the phonograph—impacted society in 1877 and and how they continue to reverberate to this day. ICE continues its educational residency at the Lycée Français of Chicago, where students learn about the works of Edgard Varèse and work with ICE musicians to create new works using graphic notation.

As the resident ensemble for the 2015 Fromm Concert Series, ICE presents two concerts of works by Latin American composers, including Marcos Balter's Codex Seraphinianus for flute, soprano saxophone, bassoon, and viola.

Muncy presents a free solo concert at the underground theater of the Abrons Arts Center including James Tenney's "Saxony" and the world premieres of three works: Shawn Jaeger's new work for solo baritone saxophone; Monte Weber's "Visions" for tenor saxophone, interior mounted cameras, live video, and electronics; and Erin Gee's Mouthpiece XXIV for saxophone and percussion, featuring ICE percussionist Ross Karre.

Founded by Zach Seely in 2014, this new concert series at Spectrum aims to contextualize some of the most intricate and demanding contemporary music being written today.
